From 6 to 9 June 2025, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre welcomed Australia’s largest health expo — the Mind Body Spirit Festival. As the Southern Hemisphere’s largest health, wellness, and natural therapy expo, the festival featured booths covering health food, spiritual growth, natural products, art therapy, reading and publishing, cultural crafts, and many other categories, with stage performances and experiential activities throughout.
The Falun Dafa booth stood out as eye-catching amid the many exhibits. Practitioners wearing golden exercise clothing demonstrated the five sets of exercises, the scene peaceful and warm. Many visitors proactively asked for materials, some inquired about how to learn, and others filmed and photographed on the spot, expressing their interest in Falun Dafa.
Lorinda Mutsaers, a company director and psychological counsellor, was deeply moved by what she saw. She had seen information about Falun Dafa online and came to see it in person.
“This practice seems to make people feel calm and achieve inner healing in a very gentle way. I find it very fascinating.”

“We don’t always need to immediately rely on medication to treat issues like anxiety — this kind of cultivation method may provide another option. Of course, some people do need medication, but not everyone needs medication treatment. Sometimes they just need to let themselves settle down.”
