On 9 November 2025, Melbourne’s Croydon district welcomed the Maroondah Festival Day once again, with its unique multicultural spirit shining brilliantly. Live music and dance, thrilling rides, fragrant food stalls, and over 70 specialty market stalls drew approximately 25,000 people who enjoyed themselves amidst laughter throughout the day.
The Falun Dafa group, which was very popular last year, was invited back again. Exercise demonstrations, the TianGuo Marching Band, waist drum team, dragon dance team, fan dance, and conical hat dance all performed twice throughout the day, bringing endless surprises to the crowd.
Berrick Harleyson was among those moved by the performances.
“I can feel energy from them — it’s a 100% real feeling. I really wish I could be like them.”
— Berrick Harleyson, Festival AttendeeSummarised from Epoch Times (Chinese edition), November 2025.
